The Stack's at Home™ software is available for Windows operating systems including Windows 98, 2000, NT, XP and Vista. **MacOS and Linux are NOT supported at this time**. You will also need Internet Explorer 5.0 (or newer), Netscape 4.75 (or newer), or Firefox.

• Pentium 166Mhz computer system, with keyboard and mouse
• 32MB RAM
• 10GB of available hard disk space
• Monitor capable of 800x600 resolution with 16-bit color
• SB-16 compatible sound card and speakers
• Internet connection: High Speed (Broadband or DSL) recommended.

You must update your security settings to allow Active X controls to run in your browser. You must have administrator rights to your computer to install Stack's at Home™ software. Please contact your systems administrator or review your computer’s user guide. An internet connection speed of at least 40kbps is required to use the Stack's at Home™ software. Connection speeds below 40 kbps may result in slower bidding performance. We highly recommend using a high speed internet connection if available in your area. Some companies may have network policies in place that will not allow you to connect to outside websites that stream audio and video. You will have to contact your system administrator if you have issues connecting while behind a corporate firewall. Firewall settings or anti-virus software on your personal PC could also prevent you from connecting to Stack's at Home™.
